My Office Plant Is Faking Illness

So I've been at this new job for a few weeks now and everyone is talking about their weekend plans and stuff. Today, someone asked me what I did last night, but all I could say was that my office plant looked kind of droopy when I left. It's like the plant has some sort of mysterious ailment or something to save face. I mean, I probably just accidentally knocked it over earlier and didn't have the heart to tell them it might be in dire need of a new pot or maybe I just need to water it less often. Or more often. Whatever, it's dead anyway.
