Caught in the Act of Sneaking Ice Cream During My Shift

I swear I was having a bad day at work today, and that’s when my coworkers and I decided to treat ourselves with some ice cream. We were trying our best to be sneaky, but turns out, hiding behind boxes isn’t exactly ninja-level stealth! My manager walked by just as we started sharing the tub, and let's just say those bright blue eyes of hers saw everything. Ice cream in hand, I froze, literally and figuratively, and my cheeks turned red as a beet. Can you believe it? We got off with just a warning, but now every time someone asks for ice cream, they look at me funny! It’s all good though, the joy of that scoop was worth it.
