When Grandpa Secretly Browsed TikTok

Ever since my kids got me hooked on the internet, I've been fascinated by all these new apps. But there's one that feels like it has a mind of its own, TikTok. My grandkids love it so much they insist I download it to keep up with them. The thing is, whenever they're around, I pretend to be all about the grandparently news and family updates, but when I'm alone, there's this irresistible urge to scroll through dance challenges and cat videos. I've caught myself laughing out loud at some of the silly skits, and sometimes my heart races a little as I think about whether they might spot me. It feels odd, like it goes against all my adult responsibilities to be amused by such frivolous content. Yet, every time I open it when alone, there's this giddy excitement. Is this normal? Am I supposed to feel guilty for indulging in a bit of childish fun, or is everyone just as sneaky about their hidden habits? What would you do?
