A White Lie to Mom ...

So yeah, I told Mom that I volunteered at the community center last weekend when in reality, I was just binge-watching a new series on Netflix. Don't get me wrong, I adore my little siblings and it’s not like they don't need help... but sometimes you just gotta prioritize your couch time over everything else, right? Plus, she doesn't know how bad her WiFi is at home compared to the center's setup... So yeah, a small fib for some well-deserved chill time. No big deal...
