life's small disappointments

i keep a jar full of letters and notes from when i was younger thinking about starting my own business or band or moving to another country. each letter is like a little story and they all feel so different from what i ended up doing with my life. it kinda makes me sad but also curious how things might have been if those ideas had come true.
