When My Dorm Room Became A Crime Scene...

So, I swear it wasn't me. Well, maybe just a little bit. So, okay, it was totally me... but I didn’t mean for anyone to find out! You see, I was trying this new art project where you take apart old electronics and turn them into sculptures... with a twist. So basically, I ended up taking apart everyone's alarm clocks in the dorm hallway late one night... then rearranging them all into crazy patterns on the floor. And when morning came around and everyone started waking up without alarms... it was chaos! My roommate just looked at me like I had two heads while everyone else tried to figure out what happened. Now, I get that this wasn't exactly the most mature thing ever, but hey, creativity has its costs, right? So, uh, should I come clean with my dormmates... or is it better to let sleeping dogs lie and hope they never find out about my art project from hell? Anyone got advice on this one?
