...My Homework Dilemma? ...

So last week I had this huge project due for my history class, and it was like the most boring thing ever. I mean, studying old wars isn't exactly my idea of a good time... But anyway, I told myself I would work on it over the weekend so I wouldn't have to rush through it at the last minute. Well, you can probably guess how that turned out. Instead of hitting the books, I ended up binge-watching some random YouTube series about cats dressed as humans. Super silly, right? When Monday came around and my professor asked for the project, I tried to pull a fast one and say, 'Oh no worries! I lost my notes and had to start from scratch!' Yeah, not gonna lie, it felt pretty good at first telling that fib... but now, every time I look at my cat photos online, I feel guilty. Maybe next time, I should just admit when I slack off instead of making up excuses...
