My Favorite Color is Pink...Oops

I've been painting for years, always trying to present myself as this edgy artist with dark themes and grayscales. But you know what? My favorite color is pink...and not just any pink, but that bright, cheerful kind that looks like bubblegum or cotton candy. I painted a mural recently in the park and someone said it was too girly, so I quickly changed my palette to match their expectations instead of mine. I feel guilty every time I think about how much I wanted to use more pink... It's just...who I am when no one else is looking.
