Another Day at the Job...

So I was clocking out today when this customer comes up to me like they were my long-lost BFF. They start rambling about how much they've missed me and ask if I can come hang out... while still trying to buy something from the register. Ended up telling them I'm on break and just wanted to say hi, then watched as their face fell. ...I guess small talk isn't my strong suit.
