I'm That Guy Who Got All Upset Over A Parking Spot

So I just moved to this city three months ago. I used to be in the suburbs where parking was easy peasy. Now, let me tell you, finding a spot is like playing hide and seek with my car every morning before work. Today though, it hit a whole new level of annoyance. I found one right next to my apartment building, on the street side. Usually, there are a few spots around, but today, they were all gone by the time I was ready to leave. I mean, come on, it's only 8:15! But this spot was perfect. Right here, right there. So I park and go inside to grab my bag for work. Then out of nowhere, a car pulls up and parks practically over the line in front of me. And not just any car - some fancy SUV with tinted windows that looked like it could be anyone's car from their boardroom or something. I tell you, I was so mad! Why is this person here? Didn't they see there were no spots left for miles?! So I go back out and bang on the window of their car. The driver rolls down their side window slowly, like maybe they're not sure what to expect from me. And I let them have it. I explain how I was here first, how unfair this was. They just looked at me, rolled up their window again, and drove off. As soon as the car pulled away, I found out why. There were two other parking spots right behind that SUV - spots that would've worked perfectly for my car too if someone wasn't hogging them earlier. And you know what? It's all just about a block away. I walked over to those spots and parked there in frustration. But ever since then, I've been wondering: was this really necessary? Did I come off as that much of an ass for something so silly? It probably wasn't worth the argument or being seen by my neighbors like some parking dictator. Now every time I see someone park a bit too far ahead and think about getting upset again. So yeah, that's me - sometimes I lose it over little things because I'm not used to this city's parking situation yet. Maybe one day I'll get better at rolling with the punches without losing my mind.
