Confession of a Stay-at-Home Parent
Anonymous Scandalous Schemer #285 · General
I know I'm supposed to be the pillar of calm in our household, but today my kids caught me dancing around the kitchen like a lunatic because I found out there's an entire subreddit dedicated to cooking pasta every single day for 30 days straight and sharing recipes. It was one thing when I started humming along to the theme song from 'The Great British Baking Show' while chopping vegetables, but they found me laughing maniacally as I plotted my next pasta dish for the week. When my youngest asked if I had lost my mind completely, I just shrugged and admitted that maybe this new hobby of mine was a little out there, but honestly, who needs therapy when you can have linguine carbonara?
