I'm Not Sure If This Is Normal

So I've been at this company for a few years now and everyone knows me as the reliable one. But lately, I find myself sneaking out of meetings to check on my plants. Yes, my houseplants... It's like they need more water or sun or whatever. And it stresses me out so much that I can barely concentrate on work tasks anymore. Is this a sign of an impending mid-life crisis? Or am I just growing some healthy hobbies on the side? Anybody else ever do something like this?
