i spied on my sister

so i know it was totally wrong but lately ive been so curious about what goes on when im not around. like what my little sis does in her room and stuff. i tried to tell myself its none of my biz, that she deserves privacy just as much as me, but something kept telling me to check out her door once in a while, ya know? last week i got so worked up about it that i actually snuck into her room when shes gone, and honestly nothing super scandalous was going on. mostly just typical teenage girl stuff but still... ive been feeling kinda sick ever since. is this normal for older siblings or should i go talk to someone?
