The Spilled Drink Incident

I poured a drink for my break and it sloshed all over the floor. Tried to clean it up quick but slipped and fell into a display of snacks. Everyone stopped, stared. Felt so stupid, like an idiot in a sitcom. But why did I rush? Wasn't stressed before that moment. Maybe because I wanted a real lunch for once? Or just too lazy to mop later? Either way, my coworkers laugh about it now, and I’m the punchline of their jokes. Makes me wonder if they ever screw up like this too but hide it better.
