Painting Failed Me Today

I started painting last month because I wanted something new and calming. Today, though, my brush just wouldn't work with the canvas. No matter what I tried, it all looked like a toddler's first splatter session. I've been so excited to paint every day but today was just...off. And now I feel like maybe painting isn't for me after all. It's silly, right? A few bad days shouldn't mean giving up.
