My Study Break Secret

I admit it, I have a secret study break ritual that I’m utterly proud of. Every time I hit the 50-page mark in my thesis reading, I allow myself to binge-watch an entire season of a silly sitcom on Netflix. It's become my reward system for staying focused, and boy, does it work wonders! Sure, some might call me lazy or irresponsible, but I’ve aced two semesters straight with this method. If my peers knew, they'd probably be rolling their eyes, but hey, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
