Busy During Breaks

I know I'm supposed to take breaks at work as a barista, but let's be real, I usually end up doing necessary tasks like clearing inventory or even cleaning under the counters. It feels productive, and there's always something that needs fixing, right? But sometimes I wonder if it’s just an excuse not to sit around aimlessly for five minutes when there are customers waiting who could use their coffee a bit faster. Is this productivity guilt talking, or am I dodging uncomfortable quiet time?
