...I Gave My Kids an Entire Bottle of Bubble Bath...

So there I was, sitting on the bathroom floor with my two little kids who are just learning to walk and talk. They love bubbles, what's not to like about them? I mean, bubbles are fun for everyone, right? So one day, when we were all in the tub together, it dawned on me... why use a regular amount of bubble bath when you could make an entire ocean? It was just so enticing! And they love playing with big bubbles... who doesn't want to watch their kids have as much fun as possible? So I opened up that bottle and poured the whole thing in. We turned on the little kid-friendly shower sprayer, and those bubbles started rising like a cloud! My kids were laughing and splashing like madmen (and madwomen), which made me laugh too because it was just so cute. But... okay, here's where things get a bit tricky. When we got out of the tub, let’s just say it was quite the mess. We couldn't even see the drain; everything was frothy and slippery! And my husband came home from work only to find us dripping wet trying to mop up an epic bubble disaster. He looked at me... well, let's just say there were no words needed. He knows how I feel about making our kids laugh and be happy (bubble madness included). So while he had a bit of a stern face on the outside, I think in his heart, he secretly enjoyed it too. So yeah, that's my confession: I gave my kids an entire bottle of bubble bath because... well, how often do you get to create a bathtub bubble ocean? It was one for the books (and for the cleaning session that followed). ...
