Oops at Work

So here's something I didn't realize when I started my new job at the coffee shop: there are two buttons for hot water and cold water on the machine, but they're right next to each other. In a rush one morning, I hit the wrong button while someone was waiting for their water, and now there’s an ice-cold puddle in the middle of our counter. It's not like anyone got hurt or anything, but it felt pretty embarrassing at the time, especially when my boss had to come over and sort things out. I mean, really? Hot and cold buttons side by side? Who thought that was a good idea?
