Borrowed Money

I borrowed money from my sister's piggy bank last week when I ran out of cash. Just a couple bucks for the bus fare home. I figured she wouldn't mind, but now her piggy bank is empty and she hasn't noticed yet. Should I just leave it or tell her? Is this normal to do?
