my coworker makes me blush

i have this new bartender at the bar named Jordan who just arrived from out of town recently. we've only worked together a couple times, barely spoke really. and yet there's this thing that happens whenever i'm supposed to take over their shift - suddenly i find myself blushing profusely, my palms get sweaty, my voice catches in weird little ways when talking on the phone or even just walking up to where they are at another bar station. it's embarrassing but also kind of exciting. today i managed to hand off a customer without looking and spent the rest of my shift thinking about how i might look or act all night until my next time taking over again.
