The Day I Accidentally Pranked Myself With a Fake Virus Alert

So, here's this thing from last week. Remember when that new security update popped up on my work laptop and everyone was going nuts about it? Yeah, so I decided to prank the office by sending out an email saying we were all getting infected with some weird malware if we didn't uninstall a certain program right away. Classic, right? Only problem was, I got the wrong attachment in there and opened it myself before I could send it out. Next thing you know, my laptop is freaking out and everything's flashing red! I tried to laugh it off but then IT came by and gave me that lecture about how viruses are real and not jokes. Man, talk about embarrassing. But hey, at least everyone learned something about being careful with email attachments.
