My New Year's Resolution Is a Mystery

So here I am, reflecting on my latest New Year’s resolution. It was January 1st, and like many others, I decided to pick something meaningful to work on for the year ahead. But instead of choosing something straightforward, like learning a new language or getting healthier, I resolved to figure out exactly why I feel so anxious when faced with large projects at work. Now, here’s where it gets weird: as part of this resolution, I’ve started documenting every feeling and thought related to project anxiety in my personal GitHub repository. Yes, you read that right, I’m coding my way through emotional analysis. It sounds a bit obsessive, but hey, it’s data-driven! The question is, am I just being overly analytical here, or could there actually be value in tracking emotions like this? Am I the only one who uses such an unconventional method to understand their feelings better?
