The One Who Always Cares Too Much

I've always been known as the responsible one in my family. The one who makes sure everyone else is okay before thinking about myself. But lately, I feel like I'm drowning in this role. My younger siblings are growing up and becoming more independent, leaving me feeling left behind and a bit lonely. Does anyone else out there ever feel like they're the last to catch up when their family moves on?
