Studying Ornaments Instead of Studying for Finals

I've got finals coming up next week, and I'm stressed out. But every time I open my textbook or log into the online study guide, I find myself drawn to the Christmas ornaments on my roommate's shelf instead. There's a shiny snowflake one that catches the light in such an alluring way. It makes me forget about everything else. Is anyone else guilty of this seasonal distraction? How do you manage it?
