I'm Actually Pretty Bored at Work

So I've been working as a barista for a few months now, and uh... let's just say it's not exactly the most thrilling job in the world. Every day is basically the same routine: steam milk, froth coffee, argue with people about their order modifications because seriously, how many ways are there to make a mocha? And don't even get me started on those customers who insist on getting espresso shots in any size cup because... well, they just want extra caffeine. But here's the thing, I've kinda turned it into my own little game. Like, can I memorize every single order that comes through before someone has to actually place it? Or predict what kind of day they're having based on their choice of drink, espresso for a morning rush, latte with extra foam for a midday slump... You know how it is. It's not exactly an adventure or anything, but hey, it keeps the mind sharp and the coffee flowing smoothly. ...
