I Spilled Coffee On My New Laptop Case

So I recently started knitting as a hobby. It's all about creating something from scratch and it's been pretty meditative actually. But today, while I was on my break at work with my coffee in hand, I made the mistake of bringing out my half-finished scarf to show my coworkers. One of them wanted to touch it, so naturally, I showed them the front. The moment I moved to put down my coffee mug, a slip-up and a splash later, I had coffee all over my brand-new laptop case instead. Of course, it's not like the coffee actually ruined anything important, but lying about how the spill happened feels kinda silly.
