I Spoke Too Soon About That Assignment

So here's the thing, I totally threw my lab partner under the bus about missing an important assignment deadline. I told the prof it was her fault we missed it, and that made me feel a tiny bit better at first, but then I started really thinking about it. It wasn't fair to blame her since she's been super reliable all semester. Plus, now I have to face her tomorrow with this massive guilt hanging over my head. She probably thinks I'm an awful teammate... Maybe next time I'll try honesty instead of trying to shift the blame around. Not exactly proud of myself today.
