I Pranked Myself At Work By Accident

So here's a funny story from work that's been bugging me. Last week, I was feeling extra playful with my colleagues and decided to do some harmless pranks around the office just for fun. It started off small - leaving notes in places where people would expect something else, hiding pens under keyboards to freak out someone during a meeting (okay, maybe not so harmless when you think about it). But then one day I got too confident. I set up my laptop with one of those 'screen-saver' apps that looks like an adorable kitten playing piano on your computer screen. Thought I'd leave it there to surprise someone at lunchtime. Big mistake - I left it running when I went out for a quick break and then walked back in while the boss was right behind me, saw my cat-piano screen saver going full throttle. He started laughing so hard he nearly choked on his coffee! Needless to say, I didn't get to enjoy that prank myself. So here's what happened - turns out the app also sends you notifications for 'achievements' and stuff like that. One popped up right as I was returning from my break, asking if I wanted to share a cat-piano video on social media. Without thinking twice (or noticing it wasn't closed), I clicked yes to send this hilarious meme straight from my work laptop. It didn't take long before the boss's assistant found out and forwarded it up the chain of command for everyone to see.
