felt bad for asking for help

so i have been a stay at home parent for like 5 years now and its been really tough. my kid is awesome but some days are just brutal. yesterday was one of those days, the kind where you cant even muster up the energy to make lunch or do laundry or anythin that needs doing around here. so anyway, im at this mom group thing, havent really talked to anyone there in a while and im feeling like i need someone to vent to, somethin. but when i try to bring it up, everyone starts talking about how great their life is and they have time for all the classes and playdates and stuff. i feel so bad asking them for help or advice cuz they make it sound like they dont get overwhelmed at all. maybe im just not cut out for this after all? feels like i should know what to do by now but nothing ever gets easier, its like everything piles up on me more each day. i didnt mean to feel bad about askin though, i swear. just havent found the right people yet who get it or maybe im lookin in the wrong places. gonna try a new moms support group next week though and hope for the best.
