Why Did I Eat That Whole Bag of Candy?

So last week, I had a particularly grueling session at my studio. My hands were practically shaking as I cleaned up after sculpting some intricate figures for an upcoming exhibition. The exhaustion was palpable, and there was this voice in the back of my head whispering, 'Go home and eat something sweet.' So I did, but not just any sweet treat, no, I had to find that hidden bag of candy in the bottom drawer of my work desk. One candy turned into two, then four... before I knew it, the whole bag was gone. It’s funny how a simple craving for sugar can turn into an all-out assault on a sealed package of sweets. But really, what does this say about me? Am I just stressed out and using food as my go-to coping mechanism, or am I secretly hiding these candy stashes for moments like that? Maybe it's both. Either way, I need to figure out how to channel this energy into something more productive than mindlessly eating away my anxiety.
