My Secret Daydream Escapes Me at Work

Hey everyone, I hope you won't judge me too harshly for this confession. Lately, I've been having the most vivid daydreams while pretending to work. It started a few days ago when I was bored out of my mind during a meeting and suddenly found myself imagining that I was hosting a live talk show where all the boring office stuff became hilarious jokes and fun banter! Since then, it’s gotten worse, today at lunch, instead of reading through those monotonous reports, I daydreamed about being an astronaut floating in space with zero gravity. My coworkers have been giving me weird looks because I’m often caught smiling to myself or giggling uncontrollably for no reason. Is this normal? Should I just stick my head back into the boring reality of spreadsheets and emails? What do you think, am I losing it, or is everyone else just missing out on all these amazing adventures?
