Refused to Let My Teenager Babysit

My teenager wanted to babysit their younger siblings for the first time today. They were excited and promised to follow all the rules, but I just couldn’t shake the feeling that something might go wrong. So, after much debate in my head, I decided against it. Now here I am, sitting with them while watching old cartoons, wondering if it was the right decision or just my overprotectiveness taking over.
