Spilled the Beans on the Secret Treats

You know when you make this big plan to keep something secret and then you can't help but tell everyone? Yeah, that happened. So I bought these awesome new cereal bars for my kids because they have all their favorite cartoon characters on them. The catch is, they're not exactly the healthiest option. But it's a treat! So I hid them in a drawer upstairs thinking no one would ever find them, but this morning at breakfast when my son asked if we had any new snacks, I accidentally said 'yes' and pointed to the cabinet behind me... where there are actually some old fruit bars left from last year. Oops. Now everyone is asking about these non-existent cereal bars. And my poor husband, he's just shaking his head like, 'Why didn't you buy healthy ones instead?' Oh well, maybe I'll get more tomorrow and hide them better this time? I mean, how bad can they be if the kids love them so much?
