I Lied About My Gardening Skills

Ever since I started gardening last month, everyone has been asking me for advice on their plants. The truth is, I'm a complete novice and my garden barely survived the first week. But instead of admitting that I don't know much yet, I've been pretending to be some kind of green-thumb expert. It's funny how quickly people look up to you when they think you're good at something. I might feel a little guilty about it, but honestly, I’m having too much fun making up gardening tips and watching them go nuts over my imaginary expertise.
