little fib at work

so i was supposed to pick up this shipment of rare beers for the bar but totally forgot about it. so instead i got all these random sodas and pretended like they were what we ordered. everyone thought i did a great job cause no one knew better, and some people even liked them more than the beer would have been. feels kinda silly to fib like that, but it was just so embarrassing to admit i messed up, you know? still feel a little guilty about lying though.
