So there I was, trying to figure out how to send my great-niece a digital birthday card. My kids kept telling me about this fancy app called 'WhatsApp,' but every time I tried to download it, I ended up with some weirdo game instead. One day, while they were busy on their phones, I decided to go rogue and just use the old-fashioned email method. Imagine my surprise when a week later, all these tech wizards from WhatsApp started messaging me asking if I wanted to join. Turns out, I had accidentally clicked through their setup wizard in one of those confusing sessions where everything looks alike. So now they think I’m this tech-savvy grandma who’s ready to jump on the digital bandwagon, when really I just want to send a card and be left alone! Sometimes old dogs like me can find new tricks, but I'll stick with my tried-and-true methods until absolutely necessary.
