New Job Blues

Started my first job today. Was so excited to meet people, do work. But everyone seemed busy, talking in hushed tones like I wasn't there. The coffee machine broke and no one offered help. Tried to chat with a coworker but got brushed off. Lunch was alone at the break room table. Maybe I’m just overreacting, but it felt awful.
