I'm pretty sure I know everything about classroom dynamics ... but lately, my lunch period has become a mystery. Yesterday, I caught myself eavesdropping on the most popular kids' table instead of mingling with my usual colleagues or reading a book like normal. What's weird is that I wasn't interested in what they were saying per se... just curious about their interactions and how they navigate conflicts so smoothly. It feels silly to admit, but it's made me wonder if there are certain leadership skills I might be missing out on...
