...I Broke My Own Rule...

So, I was at this cafe the other day, getting ready to work on my thesis. There's this cute barista who always gives me funny stickers with orders. Anyway, so today, they were out of coffee filters and asked if I could just take the French press instead of a fresh pot. Coffee tastes different from a French press... but it's still coffee, right? And here I am, thinking I'll save a few minutes by taking this 'short cut'. So what if my thesis is going to be a little late because I was too lazy to wait for a new filter? ...But now everyone in the lab thinks I'm the most efficient person ever. I guess small lies have big consequences...
