Patient Confidentiality Violation Oopsie...

So yeah, I was at the coffee shop near work this morning, you know how it is, just trying to grab a quick caffeine fix before my shift. And there's this lady sitting nearby who starts talking about her latest medical procedure in such vivid detail... Like, she didn't even ask for sugar or cream first! But I tried not to listen too closely, because of patient confidentiality and all that jazz... Until she accidentally calls me by name and blurts out something she obviously shouldn't have. And just like that, coffee was bitterer than usual...
