Caught Red-Handed with Chocolate Chip Cookies

So here's the thing, last week I baked a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies for our family movie night. But in my defense, I'm sure all parents know how irresistible those warm, gooey cookies are right out of the oven. Anyway, I just couldn't resist... It was practically an act of survival. Then came the great cookie mystery. My husband claims he found three fewer than what should have been there before our movie started. Of course, by that point, they were all gone, movie snacks and mid-movie munchies, you know how it is. So I guess my guilt trip has just ended with a confession of a very sweet, but perhaps naughty act.
