Just another day at the mall, right?

So here I am, working my third shift in a row at the clothing store, and let's just say that customer service isn't exactly my thing. But there was this one guy, I'll call him Todd, who came in looking like he had all the confidence of a supermodel. He walked past me like I wasn't even there, and then started talking to himself about how great his hair looked today. Now, normally, I'd just shrug it off, but something about him got under my skin. Maybe it was the way he tossed clothes on the rack as if they were toys instead of merchandise. Or maybe it's just because everyone else at work is super nice and helpful, and Todd seemed to think he deserved special treatment without lifting a finger to help himself. Anyway, when I saw him getting impatient with the size chart, something inside me snapped. So I walked over and told him straight up that if he wasn't willing to put in the effort to find his own size, maybe there were other stores where he could just walk out with whatever caught his eye. Now, don’t get me wrong, it’s not like this is policy or anything, heck, my manager probably would tell me off for it, but you know what? I felt better after saying that. And guess what? Todd actually got up and left without buying a thing. Maybe it's just me, but that made the whole day worthwhile. So here’s where things get interesting: Is this normal behavior for someone who needs to work on their people skills like me? Or am I totally off my rocker? Should I even bring it up with anyone, or just let it slide and hope Todd never comes back? What would you do in a situation like that?
