I Stole Art Supplies from Work

Yeah, I know it sounds bad, but when my workplace started cutting art supplies, I just couldn't take it. We’re supposed to be fostering creativity and imagination in kids, but the budget cuts made everything feel so sterile. So one day, I slipped a few paints and brushes into my bag. It wasn’t much, just enough to keep some of those young minds from being stifled by lackluster materials. The funny thing is, after that, more people started bringing in their own supplies because they felt bad about the state we were in. So it’s like, yeah, I technically stole, but I also inspired a wave of solidarity and creativity. And let me tell you, seeing kids’ faces light up with those colors really makes stealing worth it.
