today's tech mishap

lol ok so today during class i was trying to project a video for my kids and the laptop totally froze on me. i spent like 20 min fiddling with it, but nada. in the end, i had to teach without visuals cuz we ran out of time. just wondering if this happens often or am i cursed when it comes to tech? any advice appreciated :)
