I'm Still Clinging To My Stuffed Animals From Home

So I know this might sound super childish and embarrassing for a college student, but I’ve been secretly keeping my stuffed animals from home. Yeah, yeah, everyone thinks it’s weird to hold on to those things once you’re all grown up and out of the house. But let me tell you, these little guys have been with me through every stage of my life, from my first day of school to that time I got lost downtown when I was seven. They’ve seen me at my absolute worst, and they’ve always just given me a big hug back without judgment. So yeah, they’re on this tiny dorm bed with me right now, squeezed in between my textbooks and laptop. I know it might not be the most mature thing to do, but sometimes when everything feels overwhelming, holding one of them is like getting a little dose of home and comfort. Maybe that’s just me being silly and needy? Oh well, at least I have my stuffed friends for backup.
