Spilled Coffee All Over My Boss's New Laptop

Last night at work, I made the worst mistake. Spilled a cup of coffee all over my boss’s new laptop while he was in an important meeting with clients. I couldn't believe how clumsy I could be. Tried to clean it up quickly, but you know how much damage water can do to electronics. Had to hide behind a stack of files until he returned and hoped nobody noticed the stains on the floor. Now, every time I pass his office, I see that broken laptop sitting there, like a reminder of my incompetence. Still not sure why I had coffee in the first place; usually stick with water when working late shifts.
