New Hobby? More Like New Obsession.

So yeah, I started knitting a week ago. Figured it'd be something relaxing to do after work, you know? Boy was I wrong. It's like this endless rabbit hole of yarn and patterns and oh god why did I think this would be calming? Now every time I walk past the craft store my heart starts racing with excitement or maybe it's just terror. Like am I going down this path where suddenly all I talk about is fiber content and gauge charts? Last night I had a dream that I was knitting a sweater but instead of yarn, I used spaghetti noodles, now you tell me if that doesn't say something. Anyway, I'm off to weave some more existential crises into my scarf.
