The Secret Menu Decoder...

So I've been working at this coffee shop for over two years now, and you'd think by now that all the secret menu drinks would be second nature to me. But alas, there's one particular drink that I still haven't memorized - let’s call it the 'Caramel Pecan Bliss'... It's a total mouthful, but my coworkers have this weird system of nicknames for everything. So when someone orders their usual secret menu stuff and I'm supposed to know what they want without checking on the computer, I kind of freeze up... It's embarrassing because everyone else just knows it automatically. To avoid looking like an idiot in front of regulars who expect perfection (and let’s be real, I don’t want them to leave a bad review), I've been faking it til I make it. If someone orders something that sounds even remotely close to the 'Caramel Pecan Bliss,' I just throw together some random concoction and hope for the best... It's not ideal, but hey, at least my barista friends won't find out until they actually try their drink. Fingers crossed, right?...
