A Crush in Class

I have this guy in my philosophy class. He's always doodling on his notes during lectures, which drives the professor crazy but makes me smile every time I look over at him. I catch myself daydreaming about how cool he'd be to talk to, maybe even hang out with outside of class... But it feels pointless because we're just in college for a few years and then everyone moves on. It's not like I'm going to make some grand move or anything; I just want him to notice me without having to say anything awkward.
